The Schmitt's-Kinder estate is a very consistant and strong quality oriented producer in Franken. Continuing the family tradition of wine making, which was started in 1710. In just over the past few years owner Karl Schmitt worked his way to the top of Franken producers. The average yield is around 70 hl/ha and the focus over the next years will be more on Silvaner and Pinot Noir. Currently, one special wine in his portfolio is the Bacchus, a fruit driven and minerally dry estate wine.

The Schmitt's Kinder Estate is a member of the VDP Franken and TRIAS.
