Forster Ungeheuer Auslese is a prime example: its syrupy, nectar’d fruit
seems closer to Beerenauslese-level…with notes of green herbs, apple butter

The Forster Kirchenstück Spätlese also rides the upper limits of its designation:
a zing of wintergreen acidity holding it’s sweet ripe fruit aloft, and

brimming with luscious peach and raspberry flavors. Most Kabinetts would
not be able to get off the ground carrying this much fruit weight, but
